The Club at Elmpark Green

Daffodil Day

We're going all in against cancer this Daffodil Day and raising funds to support cancer patients and their families across Ireland.

You can show your support too, by making a donation to our page today, you will be helping to fund the Irish Cancer Society's Support Line, free counselling, lifts to treatment, ground-breaking cancer research, funding to families facing a childhood cancer diagnosis and so much more.

Together, we can ensure that no one has to go through cancer alone.

This March, lace up your shoes and join the exciting Step Competition brought to you by Elmpark Green in support of the Irish Cancer Society's Daffodil's Day!

It's time to step up for a great cause and make a difference in the fight against cancer.

The challenge is simple yet impactful: participants are encouraged to walk, jog, run, or stroll their way to 12,000 steps a day throughout the month. That's a grand total of 372,000 steps for the entire month of March. Can you do it? We believe you can!

Why Participate?

Support a Worthy Cause: By participating in the Step Challenge, you'll be supporting the Irish Cancer Society and its vital work in cancer research, prevention, and support services for patients and families affected by cancer.

Promote Physical Activity: Walking is one of the simplest and most accessible forms of physical activity. It's suitable for all fitness levels and can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. By taking part in the challenge, you'll be prioritizing your health and well-being while supporting a charitable cause.

Community Engagement: The Step Challenge isn't just about reaching your step goals; it's also about coming together as a community. Invite your friends, family, colleagues, and even furry companions to join you on your walking journey. Share your progress, motivate each other, and celebrate each milestone reached together.
