Shave or Dye raises funds for cancer patients and their families across the country. All incoming donations help fund supports for them such as Daffodil Centres, Night Nursing, Counselling, Transport services and much more.

Each year, thousands of participants get their friends and family to sponsor them to shave or dye their hair. By shaving, dying, or refreshing your hair, you are funding expert cancer nurses, groundbreaking cancer researchers and a range of vital services to help people navigate cancer. Without your support none of this would be possible.

When can I host my event?
Any time that suits you! We just recommend you give yourself enough time beforehand to fundraise and raise awareness for your event.
Can I ask for extra materials for my Shave or Dye?
Of course, just get in contact with our fundraising team fundraising@irishcancer.ie or call us on 0818 10 20 30 and we can help organise any additional materials you might need!
Do I have to shave my head?
It is entirely up to you. The fun of Shave or Dye is that you can pick however you change your hairstyle yourself! Whether it is shaving you head or putting in a pink streak, let your creativity shine.
