I’m going all in against cancer this Daffodil Day and raising funds to support cancer patients and their families across Ireland.

Update on final day of the month's step challenge. it has been a long month and the joints are feeling a little bit tender. But all the support from family and friends has inspired me on to complete this challenge strongly. 

So from a step target of 500K steps I actually completed 645K steps - see table above

12,000 steps chart

Last day for this stepping challenge !

Tuesday 1st Apr
Well, it has been a long month and I am almost there. 
Decided to finish it off with an early start and get the steps done. So a 6:30am start to the Dawn chorus (beautiful spring sounds).

Sunday 16th Mar
Just wondering how everyone is feeling mid way through this challenge. I started trying to improve on my pace as the days progressed as I was doing the 12k steps in addition to my normal daily routine and set a target of 500,000 steps for March. Beginning to feel a little soar, but I will continue and complete the challenge on the knowing that the sponsorship is for a very worthy cause.
