Evening walk
Wednesday 24th Sep Missed my morning walk this morning....had to go out this evening, so decided to walk instead of driving. A nice evening for it! Another 1.7 miles walked, so total walked now 27.5 miles 😃 Share
Autumn colours
Tuesday 23rd Sep Have been laid up in bed sick all weekend, so unfortunately haven't had the chance to go for a walk in a while.😔 Got back at it today. Glorious autumn colours in the trees around Castleknock 🍂 Managed 1.7 miles, so a total of 25.8 miles completed 😊 Share
Under the weather
Wednesday 17th Sep Not feeling 100% today, and it had been lashing rain, so was very tempted to hop in the car to do the school run....So glad I didn't....the walk did me good. Talk about good timing - just in the door and it is lashing rain ☔🌧️☔ Lucky escape!

Sunday 14th Sep Another 1.2 miles walked today in the Phoenix Park, bring my total to 18.4 miles walked. Socks and shoes soaked through from wet grass today, but felt wonderful to be in the fresh air 😊 Share
