Wednesday 6th May I lost both my parents to cancer , not one day passes I don’t think of them , the urge to text or call and hear their voice it’s like I forget their gone and then I have to remind myself they are not with me and relive the loss daily .John O’Donohue, from his poem “For Grief,” says: “Your grief, like the ocean, will ebb and flow, and one day, you will find yourself carried toward a new shore.”
