I'm taking part in the Walking challenge in June for the Irish Cancer Society. Every donation, big or small, brings me one step closer to my fundraising target and helps cancer patients and their families.
Unfortunately this charity is close to our hearts and we greatly appreciate the invaluable services they provide to families. This June marks the first anniversary of our beloved Dad, who we miss beyond measure, and to be able to help contribute in any way, in honouring him and supporting such a fantastic charity is a challenge that I will willingly take on. 🥹

Sunday 28th Jun Hi everyone,And if we had one wish for him, it would be that he knew that during his illness, we never saw him as anything other than the strong, brave, gentle giant that he always was. His illness never defined him. We never saw weakness. We only saw our Dad — the same man we had always known and loved, who faced everything with dignity, courage and a love for his family that never wavered. The steady presence we had always known.
