Friday 27th Feb Hi, I’m Kendra and I have been a nurse for nearly 31 years. I have seen first-hand how The Irish Cancer Society provides so many wonderful resources to all affected patients & families.Like so many families in Ireland, cancer has touched people close to me. Whether through friends, family, or colleagues, we all know someone who has faced the challenge of a cancer diagnosis. The work of the Irish Cancer Society provides vital support to patients and their families — from free services and advice to funding life-saving research.
Daffodil Day is about hope. It’s about standing together and showing that no one has to face cancer alone.
I’m fundraising to help ensure that:
- Patients have access to support services when they need them most
- Families receive guidance during incredibly difficult times
- Groundbreaking cancer research continues here in Ireland
