Walking Through Grief for Dad 🤍
This June, I’m walking 45 miles (maybe more) for the Irish Cancer Society in memory of my Dad.
If I’m honest, the last few months have been some of the hardest of my life. Some days, even getting out of bed has felt heavy. Grief has a way of following you into everything.
But instead of sitting still in it, I want to try put some of that grief somewhere. So I’m going to walk. On the good days, the bad days and the days where I don’t feel like it at all.
Every mile will be for someone.
For my dad.
For families going through cancer.
For people grieving.
For anyone trying to keep going when life feels very heavy.
The Irish Cancer Society supports so many families through impossible times and I’d love to give something back, even in a small way.
If you can donate, share the page or even cheer me on along the way, I’d be grateful. 🤍
