Run 26.2 Miles in March

🌟 I need your support! 🌟

I'm running 26.2 miles in March for the Irish Cancer Society. Every donation, big or small, brings me one step closer to my fundraising target and helps cancer patients and their families.

Will you join me in making a difference? 🙌

Together, we can make it happen! 💪

My Updates

8k/5 Miles Weds 25 March

Thursday 26th Mar
On the 'dreadmill' (as my girls christened it long ago). I would have been running backwards here on the coast if I'd tried to run outside 😆

8k/5 Miles Saturday 21 March

Thursday 26th Mar
Another lovely run towards Fahan and back. Never tire of the view...

10k/6.2 Miles Thurs 19/03

Thursday 26th Mar
Still logging, as I'm still getting lovely support and sponsorship.
Thank you all so much... 💓

Done and Dusted - But I'll Keep Going

Monday 16th Mar
Another 10k/6.2 Miles today.
My arithmetic isn't what it was since 2022, but I think that's my 26.2 done.
I'm going to keep going for the rest of the month, so a big "thank you" to everyone who has sponsored me so far; and to anyone else who wants to do so: I'm still clocking up the miles, even if I lose track of how many I do 😆

Friday 10k/6.2 Miles

Friday 13th Mar
Nearly there 😊
10k/6.2 Miles this morning on the treadmill: too wet, windy and miserable to go outside.
Not long to go now.
All support gratefully received 🙏🏻 xx

Another 5 miles today - Sunday 6 March

Sunday 8th Mar
Lovely run outside today Buncrana to just outside Fahan and back. So lucky to have such a beautiful view 😊

Another 6k tacked on this morning - Tuesday is a busy day 😉

Tuesday 3rd Mar
Just 6.6k/4 miles today... But every step counts.

First 10k/6.2 miles Done 😊

Monday 2nd Mar
Only 20 miles to go...

For Noel...

Thursday 5th Feb
Hi All,
Just in case you're wondering why my profile picture is an elderly gentleman; that's my dad, Noel.  I'm doing this challenge in his memory and for anyone else who is currently dealing with, or has lost the fight against this awful disease.
Hoping for the day when it no longer has the power to take our loved ones from us...

Thank you to my Sponsors
