Our 8th Year supporting Daffodil Day!
We are delighted to support the Irish Cancer Society on Daffodil Day. We started hosting our own Daffodil Day in GCS 8 years ago as one of our then 5th year students, Sarah Robinson, was battling cancer at the time. Her and her friends were instrumental in setting up and running that 1st Daffodil Day. Unfortunately, Sarah passed away not long after. It is our privilege to continue to fundraise for the Irish Cancer Society in her memory. Her 3 brothers are featured in our profile photo continuing the good work! Thanks for your support!
Thanks to your support, my Daffodil Day fundraising could provide:

patients with transport to and from chemotherapy treatment using Irish Cancer Society's Volunteer Driver Service
51 Nurses
Irish Cancer Society Night Nurses with vital clinical equipment
42 Sessions
counselling sessions to help a person cope with a cancer diagnosis
