What happens at the Irish Cancer Society's Colour Dash
The Irish Cancer Society's Colour Dash will take place on Sunday 30th June in Phoenix Park, Dublin at 9.30am sharp. Register here to get your spot today.
Once you register, we will send you your wristband in the post, this will act as your ticket on the day. When you get to Phoenix Park, you will also receive a white Colour Dash t-shirt, but please wear old light-coloured clothes so the colour will really stand out.
READY-SET-GO! Participants run, walk or jog a marked out 5k route. Throughout the Colour Dash you will be showered with coloured powder paint. The colouring used is 100% organic and natural.
TOP TIP - Don't wear anything that you want to remain white! If you have bleached hair, we would recommend covering it as the colours can take a few washes to come out.
